My services are considered in-network for the following insurance plans:

  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • United Health Care (Optum)
The responsibility lies on the client to verify whether or not he/she is covered and how much he/she will need to pay at each visit.
 

If Joyful Hearts Counseling is considered an out-of-network provider for your insurance plan, I am able to provide a superbill with all the necessary information so that you may receive partial or full reimbursement from your insurance carrier.

All out-of-pocket expenses are due at the beginning of each session. I accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and Paypal for payment. My self-pay fees are as follows:

Initial Phone consultation                                  no charge

Initial intake session                                          $145

50 minute Individual/Family session                  $130

Late Cancellation/no show*                               $130

*I ask for a 48 hour notice to avoid the cost of a late cancellation.
